Sometimes the information we uncover is contrary to what you hope we find. Sometimes we hit dead-ends. We can only guarantee that we will investigate and search diligently, legally, expediently, and as economically as possible.
IF SURVEILLANCE IS NECESSARY WE FEEL COMPELLED TO INFORM YOU OF THE "REAL-LIFE CAVEATS".
Surveillance, especially moving surveillance, is a hit and miss proposition. We can perform these observations upon time and location parameters, but cannot promise activity on behalf of the subject of the surveillance.
In moving surveillance, we are a slave to the unpredictable nature of traffic flow, traffic volume, weather, and other uncontrollable circumstances. Because we are not police officers, we are bound to obey the traffic laws of the state, which creates windows of opportunity to lose visual contact with the subject.
Similarly, private and public property laws will dictate the conduct of some of our surveillance.
