CRIMINAL DEFENSE INVESTIGATION

We understand that not every law enforcement investigation is complete, competent, unbiased, and professional. We understand that it is not uncommon for law enforcement officers to take "short-cuts" in their investigation effort. Because of a less than professional effort in their investigation, critical information is often not included in police reports, and thus not available to the defense, nor the prosecutor.

We can locate witnesses, take professional witness statements, gather evidence, corroborate alibis, reinvestigate police cases to assist plantiffs or defendants, and conduct discreet background investigations on law enforcement employees to determine their level of competence.

INFIDELITY INVESTIGATIONS

Infidelity, adultery, cheating, being unfaithful, having an affair, whatever the name, it is likely to be one of the most painful and devastating things that can happen to a husband or wife. Our investigations are professional and totally confidential.

Investigating a suspected cheating spouse is a delicate matter. Several important factors need to be considered before hand, to help increase the odds of obtaining proof needed.

Does the client want to know what the spouse is doing for peace of mind, or does the client want to have the evidence needed to gain the upper hand in court? Documenting an affair for use in court requires more man-hours and resources, and becomes an expensive proposition for the client.

The client needs to have reasonable expectations as to what the investigation can reveal. It is not unusual to follow a target for several weeks, only to have them disappear in a large apartment building, where they disappear out of sight for several hours. We make every reasonable effort to monitor where they go, who they are with, and what they do.
